The development of a web-based sales system is becoming increasingly important in the context of modern business which continues to develop. This journal discusses the process of developing a web-based sales system designed to improve efficiency and service quality in an e-commerce company. This research focuses on analyzing user needs, designing system architecture, implementing the latest web technology, and evaluating the performance of the resulting system. The web-based system development methodology used includes the stages of requirements analysis, user interface design, backend development and database integration, as well as testing and assessing the system's responsiveness and security. The research results show that the system developed is able to increase sales process efficiency, optimize inventory management, and improve user experience through a responsive and intuitive interface. The implication of this research is that the use of web technology in a business context can provide a significant competitive advantage. It is hoped that this journal can provide insight for practitioners and academics in developing and improving web-based sales systems in the future.
