Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Nomor Antrian Online Pada Jantra Foundation

The queue number information system has become an integral part of increasing the efficiency of public services in various sectors. This research aims to develop a queue number information system that can provide a better user experience and increase efficiency in handling queues. The system development method uses a software engineering approach with the steps of user needs analysis, system design, implementation and evaluation. This system will provide queue numbers automatically for users via the website provided. Apart from that, this system has a feature that every hour there will be a limit of twenty queue numbers. So the user, after selecting the queue number, can immediately print the queue number. Real-time monitoring will enable service personnel to track and manage queues more efficiently. With this queue number information system, it is hoped that it can reduce user waiting times, prevent crowds at service locations, and increase user satisfaction. Additionally, historical queue data can be analyzed to design more effective scheduling strategies and continuous service improvements. It is hoped that this research can minimize queue build-up in free medical activities and can improve the efficiency and quality of public services, while creating a better user experience.
