Perancangan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Karyawan Terbaik di LPK, Hungke Mina Utama dengan Metode SAW

Abstract

At Hungke Mina Utama, the company still uses manual methods to carry out the best employee assessment process, because there is no system available that can process the determination of the best employee assessment, which makes the author design this decision support system. Decision Support Systems (DSS) are computer-based systems designed to increase the efficiency of decision making in organizations. This journal discusses the development of SPK for the selection of the best employees at LPK. Hungke Mina Utama (HMU) Gampengrejo Kediri using the SAW Method. Factors considered to assess employee suitability include attitude, work responsibilities, work performance, and absenteeism. It is hoped that this system design can be used to replace the manual processes currently used, thereby reducing time and errors in decision making. The system was built using the PHP programming language and SQL database, and was designed to make it easier to manage criteria and alternative data.
