In today's digital era, manual document archive management is considered inefficient and vulnerable to data damage or loss. Therefore, a system is needed that is able to manage document archives digitally to be more effective and secure. This study aims to design and build a web-based digital document archive application system in the Kediri Regency Government, DPRD Building, Archives section. This study uses the System Development Life Cycle SDLC method which includes planning, analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance. The results of this study are a web-based digital document archive application system that is able to store, manage, and access documents easily and quickly. This system is expected to improve work efficiency in the Kediri Regency Government, DPRD Building, Archives section
