Perancangan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemberian Pinjaman Koperasi Pegawai Telkom Kota Kediri Dengan Metode TOPSIS

Abstract

Digitalization is needed to facilitate the decision-making process, because it is effective in the calculation process. Problems in decision making, there are still many using manual methods, due to lack of knowledge of digitization in decision making. Decision Support System (DSS) is a computer-based system designed to improve the efficiency of decision making in organizations. This journal discusses the development of SPK for granting loans at the Telkom Employee Cooperative, Kediri City using the TOPSIS Method. The TOPSIS method was chosen because of its ability to determine the best alternative based on the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution and the farthest distance from the negative ideal solution. Factors considered to assess customer eligibility include membership duration, savings amount, loan amount, member opinion, and payment discipline. The design of this system is expected to be used to replace the manual process currently used, so as to reduce time and errors in decision making. The system is built using PHP programming language and SQL database, and is designed to facilitate the management of criteria and alternative data.
