RANCANG BANGUN MEDIA INTERAKTIF PENGENALAN PLANET TATA SURYA BERBASIS AUGMENTED REALITY

In today's digital era, technology has become a tool to facilitate interesting and in- depth learning. One of the innovations is Augmented Reality (AR), which brings virtual elements into the real world. Through AR technology, this medium brings the Solar System into the hands of users, allowing them to explore the planets, gaining in-depth information about their characteristics. The research design must be consistent with the chosen research method. The method used to build this application system is the waterfall model. The stages of waterfall system development include system requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing and stages. Test results in the system using a questionnaire filled in by class VI students at SDN 2 Tenggarejo who will use it, totaling 15 respondents. Below are the results of each question. To manage the results of questionnaires that have been filled in by respondents. This application is able to display 8 planetary objects, namely: Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and there is some information about solar system objects to increase insight for class VI students. The Augmented Reality Android-based Introduction to the Solar System application has been provided. It was tested on respondents with a satisfaction percentage of 72%, which shows that this application is categorized as good by respondents so that it can be used as a teaching aid in introducing planets in the solar system for grade VI elementary school students
