In the current era of globalization, the development of information technology and the internet has grown rapidly. The ATR / BPN Office of Kediri Regency Kantah faces problems in disseminating information or announcements because it is done manually, which is less efficient and effective. This research aims to design and develop a website-based Inter-Section Announcement Information System (SIMANTAGI). This system is designed with attention to user needs and attractive user interface design principles to facilitate users in disseminating information efficiently. The design process is carried out through the stages of needs analysis, wireframe design, and implementation using HTML and CSS. With this implementation, it is expected that information dissemination in the ATR/BPN Office can be done effectively and in a timely manner. The results showed that this system can increase efficiency and convenience in disseminating announcements between sections in the Kediri Regency ATR / BPN Office.
