PERANCANGAN DESAIN USER INTERFACE WEBSITE DISPOSISI SURAT DINAS PERUMAHAN DAN KAWASAN PEMUKIMAN KOTA KEDIRI

Abstract

The development of the digital era is currently very rapid, bringing various significant changes to human life, especially in the way we interact, learn, work and communicate. Good user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design plays an important role in ensuring that users can interact with a website or application in an easy, efficient and enjoyable way. UI design involves visual aesthetics and layout, including colors, typography, icons, images, and other graphic elements, while UX design aims to create a pleasant and frictionless user experience. In the context of information system development at the Kediri City Housing and Settlement Area Service, several problems were found in the letter delivery process, including lost letters which hampered the implementation of tasks. To overcome this problem, a UI and UX design was designed for the mail information system website using Adobe XD. This tool helps designers in designing, prototyping, and sharing their work through an intuitive and efficient platform. Wireframe design is used to determine information hierarchy and structure content to suit user needs. This study aims to design a letter disposition website design for the Kediri City Housing and Settlement Department using Adobe XD with the hope of making it easier for programmers to place elements and increasing the efficiency of accessing the website.
