Rancang Bangun Alat Pendeteksi Kelayakan Susu Sapi Segar Berbasis Arduino di Desa Jugo Kecamatan Mojo

Fresh cow's milk is a source of protein that is very useful for life. This research aims to monitor the value of pH levels before consumption, which is by designing a tool to read the value of pH and temperature levels. This study uses the research and development method by monitoring data and calculating the accuracy of the tools that have been designed, namely the pH and temperature sensors with the calculation of the percentage error. In this study, the results of the calculation of the percentage error value are quite good from the two sensors used, where the results of the percentage error with an average value of 0.4% of this value are quite small for the error rate of the tool when used to read the pH level value, besides that on the temperature sensor there is an error percentage value with an average of 2.1% of this value is quite small because it does not exceed the maximum limit of 5%. Based on the results of the research that has been done and from the percentage value of the error which is quite small so that both senosr have a fairly good level of accuracy if used to monitor the value of pH levels or temperature values in cow's milk.
