Konsep Line Balancing dan Six Sigma dalam Proses Pembuatan Tali Polypropylene PT ABC
Keywords:
filaments, line balancing, polypropylene, rope, six sigmaAbstract
In this research, the Line balancing and Six Sigma methods were used to study the polypropylene rope production process. This research is supported by the use of real-time data, making it easier for the controlling process to apply the Six Sigma method. The Largest Candidate Rule (LCR) provides an extrusion output value of 93.73 Kg/Hour. Using the assumption of an output share of 9 Kg/hour, to form ropes with diameters of 3mm and 10mm, a composition of 20 filaments is required, 4mm with a composition of 30 filaments, 5mm with a composition of 50 filaments, and 12mm with a composition of 10 filaments.
