Rancang Bangun Sistem Manajemen Perjalanan Umroh Berbasis Web Di Arafah Mulia Sentosa Menggunakan Framework Laravel

This research aims to design and build a web-based Umrah Travel Management System at PT. Arafah Mulia Sentosa using the Laravel Framework. The importance of this topic lies in the urgent need to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of Umrah data management, which has been done manually, often leading to data errors and operational issues. The research method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD), enabling quick and iterative system development. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The system includes features for managing pilgrim data, categories, Umrah packages, and orders with roles for owner, staff, and pilgrims. Testing used Black Box Testing for functionality, IT expert testing for quality and standard compliance, and Open Beta Testing for user feedback. Results showed scores of 97.67% on Black Box Testing, 90% from IT experts, and 81.10% from users, with an average system feasibility of 89.59%. Implementing this system improves data management efficiency and accuracy, facilitates pilgrim registration, and eases departure documentation, meeting the operational needs of PT. Arafah Mulia Sentosa and adding value for pilgrims in planning and performing Umrah.
